After leaving school in 1982 I started work at a kitchen and bathroom company. One thing that was drilled into me from that age was the customer is always right, the customer is king and without them we would not be here. This has always stayed with me over the years and stood me in good stead since setting up Kirby’s Kitchens and Bathrooms over 30 years ago.
