Bought a car from kirbys just under a month ago, had a slight problem with the glow plugs I called darren up as he was the one whome sold it to me, couldnt rate this guy anymore he never once tried you get out of it, it was under waranty and he said dont worry il get it fixed and thats what he done. Really good trustworthy dealership highly recommended to anyone that is looking to buy from them

Very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, this is the second car we have bought from kirby vehicle sales, no pressure, will answer any questions, both me and my husband had a drive out in the car and we were happy with the service.

I wanted to buy a vehicle and asked for an honest description. They suggested it was immaculate for it's age, no scratches, dints or rust. I travelled 3hrs by train to get a shock, the car was full of scratches and had rust on the rear arch and dints in the drivers doors. They had my £100 deposit which they refused to give back saying they had to get MOT and service done which they would have to do anyway. Dissapointingly I only got £50 back. Pictures do not do justice to the real condition of the car but sadly this seller was not forthcoming with the real condition, they even said wait 2-3 hours and we will buff out the scratches. Surely this should have been done prior to me arriving. Lost £50 deposit, £60 train ticket and a whole day but eventually found a stunning car described as advertised and honest dealership unlike these people.
