I bought a 2009 Nissan Qashqai N-tec from Kirby Vehicle sales a just under two months ago. I bought it at 2.45pm on a Sunday afternoon, and due to the time and day, and my urgency needing the car, no pre-sale service was carried out. But Darren put my mind at rest by telling me that if I found anything wrong with it, bring it back in and the team will sort it under their own warranty. Although it has been back for a couple of things that needed doing, I cannot speak highly of Darren, Steve and the team for sorting the problems and making it run like new. I have never experienced customer service like this before from a car dealer, it was absolutely superb. I would have no hesitation in purchasing another car from these guys if I was ever in this predicament.

Bought my new car from these guys 4 weeks ago. Not like most of car dealers that pounce as soon as you step foot on the forecourt. The staff there are brilliant and even had a bit of banter along the way. I'm chuffed to bits with my car and can't recommend this dealer enough. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I bought an Hyundai i20 a couple of days after Christmas ,the car is a little gem, no problems at all .The 2 lads i saw when i was there were great to deal with, helpful & polite , i was on my own so needed to get my new car and my old one home, no worries ,one of the guys drove my new Hyundai to my home ,and i took him back, great service ,great staff ,great company, Regards B.shaw

Absolutly disgusted with this car i purchased 7 months ago all i have had in 7 months is total problems i have had to change 6 glow plugs, change 2 boost pipes, change the intercooler, change the boost valve, and now i need to change the full inlet manifold, i have spent £1300 gettin this car fixed now i have 4 years to pay on a car what is absolutly knakerd this was the 09 insignia cdti

The owner of the this place was totally arrogant when I went to view the vehicle - talked to me like I didn't know what I was on with because I am female. Be wary when he says the car has paperwork - it's just the log book!
