I recently purchased a Mercedes Vito van from Kirby Vehicle sales, I had the pleasure of dealing with Darren. The whole process was very straightforward and relaxed, there did turn out to be an issue with van not long after I brought it home but Darren was very quick in taking it back and resolving the issue. I wouldn’t have any problem buying a vehicle from Darren again in the future.

Saw a perfect car on the Autotrader website for sale at Kirby's . Had a phone chat with the ever helpful Darren. He's such a lovely chap....not a typical shark of a used car salesman. Went to Barnsley to see the car yesterday...just as perfect as I'd hoped, bought her and brought her to her new home in Chesterfield. Spoke to both sales persons regarding the car I was interested in.... alway phoned on time when they said they were going to phone back and very professional . The car was immaculate when I seen even better than I the pictures Test drove it was no problem and whole experience was a pleasure to do business with them.And thanks for putting the sign up and photo like I asked. I wanted to buy a vehicle and asked for an honest description. They suggested it was immaculate for it's age, no scratches, dints or rust. I travelled 3hrs by train to get a shock, the car was full of scratches and had rust on the rear arch and dints in the drivers doors. They had my £100 deposit which they refused to give back saying they had to get MOT and service done which they would have to do anyway. Dissapointingly I only got £50 back. Pictures do not do justice to the real condition of the car but sadly this seller was not forthcoming with the real condition, they even said wait 2-3 hours and we will buff out the scratches. Surely this should have been done prior to me arriving. Lost £50 deposit, £60 train ticket and a whole day but eventually found a stunning car described as advertised and honest dealership unlike these people.
